The old "White Building"

The old "White Building" was the original home of the West Houston Community Center.  For over three decades, it hosted a number of self-help and outreach programs including AA, PDAP, Young Life and Boy Scouts.  Its deterioration and cost of up-keep demanded that we replace the building if the programs were to be continued.

The new West Houston Community Center

In June of 2003, the new purpose-built building opened.  It is a 12,000 sq ft facility that includes meeting rooms, offices, an auditorium, a recreation room, and a snack bar.  This new, modern, efficient, comfortable and secure facility has allowed us to expand programs to the community.
